Are there any hidden fees or system access charges?

No. Unlike legacy monopolies, we do not add mysterious "system access" or "network readiness" fees. You pay the advertised per-user or per-channel cost, plus applicable government taxes (including the mandatory municipal 9-1-1 tax).

Do I need to purchase new desk phones?

Not necessarily. If you already own unlocked, standard SIP phones (e.g., Yealink, Polycom, Grandstream), we can provision them on our network. If you need new hardware, we sell and lease pre-configured equipment.

Can I keep my current business phone numbers?

Absolutely. We offer Local Number Portability (LNP) across Canada. We handle the entire porting process with your current carrier to ensure zero downtime during the switch.

Are there contracts or cancellation penalties?

Our standard Business Premium lines operate on a month-to-month basis. We rely on the reliability of our network to retain clients, not restrictive lock-in contracts.
